Classes:

Technique Level 1

Sera focuses on basic movements and bellydance technique.  Sera explains the dynamics and muscular motivations of movements along with exploring the history of the dance.

Skills, Drills and Thrills

 

Sera will have you shimmying till your heart's content.  This class focuses on layering movements, refining skills, exploring styles within Bellydance, and choreography.  Props are used.

Cardio Bellydance

 

There's a party going on!!  Sera leads an intense and all skill level Cardio Bellydance workout.  You'll have fun, sweat and before you know it, you'll be done!  It's one of the best all-body workouts you can find.
